Laurie is my stager extraordinaire – not to mention one heck of an interior decorator. And the best part – she is ready to roll up her sleeves and get to it at a moment’s notice. No fancy staging presentations here. Laurie just gets right to it and gets it done. No one outworks Laurie. More than once a reluctant client has gone from “Do we really need to stage?” to “Wow, I wish I thought of setting the room up like that before!” And of course… “Laurie, where can we buy those staging items?” Laurie works with me full time – and she is exclusively available to my clients for not only staging consults – but interior decorating consults as well. Laurie definitely has an eye for colour and that right fabric. And I trust her every decision. In fact, she has been the one responsible for selecting furniture, artwork, decor and colours for Jen & I in our last 5 homes! (Ya, we move a lot.)

Selling your home for top dollar requires much more than sticking a sign in the ground , taking a few pics and throwing your listing on realtor.ca. Needless to say, with a full time stager on staff and my own staging warehouse, I take the need for staging seriously.
