Centre Wellington Real Estate Market Report – August 2025

Prices & Sales on the Rise
Home prices held strong in August, with the median sale price climbing 10% to $825,000 compared to last year. The average sale price also nudged higher to just over $847,000. Combine that with a nearly 20% jump in total sales volume and a 15% increase in homes sold, and it’s clear that buyers are active and deals are getting done.
More Homes Coming to Market
