Stager & Interior Decorator

Laurie is a stager extraordinaire – not to mention one heck of an interior decorator. And the best part – she is ready to roll up her sleeves and get to it at a moment’s notice. No fancy staging presentations here. Laurie just gets right to it and gets it done. No one outworks Laurie. More than once a reluctant client has gone from “Do we really need to stage?” to “Wow, I wish I thought of setting the room up like that before!” And of course… “Laurie, where can we buy those staging items?” Laurie is available to my clients for not only staging consults – but interior decorating consults as well. Laurie definitely has an eye for colour and that right fabric. And I trust her every decision. In fact, she has been the one responsible for selecting furniture, artwork, decor and colours for Jen & I in our last 5 homes! (Ya, we move a lot.)

Selling your home for top dollar requires much more than sticking a sign in the ground , taking a few pics and throwing your listing on realtor.ca. Staging and online presentation is key.
